The work we put into just... keep on going is monumental, "Till your fingers are/bleeding raw"—it can be so unbearably painful; your imagery captures that so perfectly. And I love "Silver linings my friend./Silver linings/Keep me alive,/Fighting to the end/"etc. There is often reward in the fight, even when we don't see it in the moment.
