Beautiful poem. Wonderful structure. Chockful of meaning, space, time; how to live and cope with mental illness. How this affects vision, experience. The anxiety that is always lurking there for that "shoe to drop"—in my life, I know those moments well. "Depression's languid bath": and this, lost there, tunneling down. The importance of breath as the beginning point of now. I love "suscitation." I could go on and on.
